Binondo is known as the wold's oldest and largest organized Chinatown in the world. The area was first developed as a barrio for the Chinese migrants who found sanctuary from the harsh conditions in China during the Spanish colonization period in the Philippines.

This food crawl will narrate the story of the Chinese migrants, how they developed the area to become the city's first business district and how their culture slowly intergrates with the Filipino culture.
